About You and the Role
A Million Ads is looking for a Digital Audio Producer to pioneer the sound of dynamic creative and personalisation for digital audio. This role requires a deep understanding of how A Million Ads works to apply to client briefs. A fast learner with a proactive approach and experience of producing audio content is a must.

Working with advertisers and their agencies to find dynamic, personalised solutions to their briefs
Generating ideas, writing scripts, casting voices, directing voice sessions, producing audio work parts, loading and optimising campaigns
Ensuring the highest quality output for clients through diligence and an ear for detail
Helping to build the personalisation playbook
Writing and producing short form audio content, especially adverts and/or promos
Understanding of the audio market, suppliers and resources - voice talent, music, sound effects, studios, writers and other producers
An understanding of all processes involved in creating outstanding audio campaigns and resilience under the pressure of delivering them successfully
Passion for creative communication and specifically the unique power of sound
Broad listening habits, including radio (commercial and public), podcasts, audio books etc.
A creative thinker who loves developing bold, original ideas and is conscientious in making them become effective digital marketing solutions
an ambitious and innovative approach - always looking to improve with a positive outlook
Comfortable in small teams and a startup environment
Reporting to Head of Creative
3 month rolling contract
