With all the audio recorded and edited, we move to the final and one of the most crucial stages: Quality Assurance. This is where we ensure every single building block of your ad is flawless, both on its own and in any combination. Our goal is simple: every possible version of your ad must sound great.

We follow a two-step process:

Step 1: We Check The Audio
First, we listen to the audio clips in isolation. We check for any technical imperfections, ensure the volume levels are perfectly consistent, and make sure each clip starts and ends cleanly, with no unwanted noise or silence.

Step 2: We Test the Combinations
Next, we start building different versions of the ad. We combine different lines and listen carefully to how they flow together. We check that the music and sound effects work with every variation. We ask: Does every version fit the timing? Is the message always clear?

What We Listen For #

We know exactly what to watch out for. Common pitfalls we look for include:

  • Performance Consistency: We ensure the energy and tone of every dynamic line perfectly match the Master Version.
  • Background Tone: We make sure the subtle “room tone” is consistent between clips, so there are no jarring moments of silence.
  • Timing: We double-check that the length of the variations works within the script’s structure, so the ad never feels rushed or empty.
  • Pronunciation: We do a final check of any local names or places to ensure they are spot-on.
