Stage 4: Arrangement & Quality Control – The Final Polish

1 min read

With all your audio now linked to your script, the Studio platform will automatically arrange everything onto a visual timeline. This gives you a clear, bird’s-eye view of your ad’s structure.

Now, you can press play.

This is the moment to listen through different versions of your ad, just as a listener would, and make sure everything is perfect.

Our Pre-Publishing Checklist #

Before you ask us to hit the ‘publish’ button, we recommend running through this simple quality check. It’s your final opportunity to ensure every listener gets a great listening experience.

1. Test the Extremes: #

  • Listen to the shortest version: Does it still sound complete and make sense?
  • Listen to the longest version: Does it fit comfortably within the time slot without feeling rushed?
  • Listen to the ‘default’ version: Does the ad still sound great when it relies on your fallback lines?

2. Listen for the Details: #

  • Are the transitions smooth? Check that the joins between different audio clips are completely seamless.
  • Is the timing of the music and sound effects perfect? Make sure they enhance the message and don’t get in the way.
  • Is everything clean? Listen for any clicks, glitches, or moments where audio might be overlapping.

This final listening check is the best way to catch any potential issues. It gives you complete confidence that every possible version of your ad is polished, professional, and ready to go.
